Order Processing

All orders are prepared and shipped the next business day. Because each item is handmade with care, I make sure your package is securely wrapped and ready for transit right away.

Shipping Timeframe

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on carrier volume and location.

Ships via USPS or UPS.

A tracking number will be provided for every order. You’ll receive it as soon as your package is on its way so you can follow its journey from my studio to your doorstep.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Stitch Quilt & Designs, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and free of odors or pet hair. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the item cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their handmade nature, clearance items are final sale.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at info@stitchnquiltdesigns.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will provide instructions for sending your item back. Please allow 2–3 business days for return review and processing.
